The Jennings County Lady Panther wrestling team picked up a strong home victory on Thursday night, defeating the Columbus North Lady Bulldogs 48–18. The Panthers earned six wins by pin, showcasing their depth and dominance on the mat. Baylee Franks, Sofia Lazaro, Violeta Gomez Hilerio, Savannah Bannister, Gabby Hernandez, and Brook Wheatley all recorded pins to secure key points for Jennings County. Lilly Wells and Chloe Franks each added victories by forfeit, contributing to the team’s commanding overall score. The Lady Panthers return to action on the road at the Purdue Wrestling Invite this Saturday at 9 AM.
